Hi John. Excellent Photo’s. I am undertaking a trip to Southern China in April for 4 weeks and have found the Minority villages around kaili a particular challenging part of the itinerary. Your photo’s have inspired me to persevere as the rewards are breath taking. Thank You Stephen
this is a fabulous sight. In my own travels I have found that small towns and villages off the tourist map are often the most rewarding. As well, you’re an excellent photographer.
Wonderful photography, I’ve just looked through every single photograph on this blog and learned a lot about the part of China you live in. Thank you for commenting on my Aiguille du Midi post.

Beautiful photos from a region I know too little about – this gives me even more reason to visit China soon. Thank you for putting them up and I hope there will be more…
